Mardi Williams - Principal & Licensee

GV Property Transfers is a family owned, local business which was started by Jeannie Sherman in 2012.  After working in the business with Jeannie for 4 years and completing the requirements to obtain her Conveyancers Licence, Mardi took over GV Property Transfers in July 2023.  Mardi was born and educated in Shepparton and started her working life at Ellis Gough Real Estate in Shepparton as their receptionist and quickly realised Real Estate was something she was very interested in.  Mardi also spent some years at Garners Goulburn Valley Real Estate as their Property Manager and from there moved to Stockdale and Leggo as an Agents Representative.  Mardi has an indepth understanding of Real Estate transactions.

Mardi offers a professional and full Conveyancing service, she is dedicated to providing prompt professional advice and service to her clients, who are her first priority.

Jeannie Sherman - Licenced Conveyancer

Jeannie is a Licenced Conveyancer with over 25 years experience in the Property Law Field in and around Shepparton.  After starting GV Property Transfers and now handing the business over to her daughter Mardi, Jeannie is still working at GV Property Transfers on a part time basis until she decides to finally hang up the keyboard.  In the meantime Jeannie will continue to provide support and her years of experience to mentor Mardi as the new owner of GV Property Transfers.
